Documentation accuracy: > 98% accuracy in reports and records

Support project teams as requested by your leader
Utilize current technology to standardize and optimize tasks you are asked to assist with
OBJECTIVES
Provide support to the field crews by assisting carpenters and laborers with daily construction activities to ensure that we meet weekly and monthly production targets.
Help maintain a safe, clean and organized jobsite at all times
Track labor hours and production quantities utilizing our current technology stack
Assist with safety documentation, delivery verification, field change documentation
Continuing education and involvement in the sales and estimating departments of the business
MINIMUM COMPENTENCIES
Knowledge of basic hand and power tools
High school diploma or GED preferred
Valid drivers license and transportation
Basic technology proficiency
PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to climb ladders, work at heights and operate hand and power tools
Occasional prolonged periods sitting on a desk working at a computer
