We are a fast-growing custom post-frame construction company specializing in high-quality barns and buildings. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Carpenter to join our field team and help deliver exceptional projects to our clients.
This role is ideal for a seasoned carpenter who consistently demonstrates advanced craftsmanship, leadership, and jobsite awareness. As a Carpenter III, you will take ownership of major phases of construction including advanced layout, structural framing, complex roof systems, specialty installations, and finish details. You are expected to confidently read and interpret plans, anticipate challenges, and help drive solutions in the field.
Working directly with the Foreman, you will help coordinate daily workflow, maintain production standards, enforce safety protocols, and ensure the crew executes work according to plan and company quality standards. You will mentor Carpenter I and II team members, set the pace on site, and model the discipline and professionalism expected from our field leaders.

This role is ideal for a carpenter with solid field experience who can work independently on most tasks while continuing to grow toward a lead role. As a Carpenter II, you will be responsible for executing critical phases of post-frame construction including layout, setting posts, framing walls and roof systems, installing trusses, sheathing, metal panels, doors, and trim work. You will read and interpret plans, maintain quality standards, and ensure work is completed efficiently and safely.
Carpenter II team members are expected to demonstrate strong craftsmanship, problem-solving ability, and leadership by example. You will assist in guiding Carpenter I team members and laborers, helping maintain productivity, jobsite organization, and safety standards.
