We are a fast-growing custom post-frame construction company specializing in high-quality barns and buildings. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Field Engineer to support our construction crews in the field and assist our office team with estimating, project documentation, and submittals.

This role is ideal for a candidate pursuing or holding a degree in construction management, civil engineering, engineering technology, or a related field, who wants hands-on exposure to the full life cycle of construction projects. The Field Engineer will work directly with project managers, superintendents, and crew leaders to ensure projects are built efficiently, safely, and according to plan.

This position offers a unique opportunity to gain real-world field experience while also developing strong technical, estimating, and project coordination skills.
